Everybody knows that Labrador retrievers love water. That’s why it’s surely a must for owners to take them on a walk somewhere close to a body of water, such as beaches or lakesides. If that’s not possible, fur parents must make their swimming pool accessible to their pooches from time to time.
However, not all Labradors are picky when it comes to water facilities. A Lab named Thor proves just that. No matter how tiny his water tub is, Thor insists on taking a refreshing dip in it.
Thor loves his tiny tub
In a short video uploaded to a TikTok account called @maggie_and_thor, you could see the lovely Labrador retriever inspecting a clear plastic tub filled with water. Then, he hopped into it. Once inside the tub, he turned around, so he could lounge comfortably. As he settled in, the water spilled.
Thor’s owner then approached him. At this point, you would see that the dog’s body was stretching the sides of the tiny tub.
Thor was caught off guard when his fur mom spoke. Probably feeling embarrassed, he decided to jump off his tub.
What made the video more amusing was that there were two other tubs that Thor could choose from. They were much larger and more comfortable, but he still decided to go for the smallest one.
Thor is a TikTok star!
Thor’s hilarious clip currently has more than 13 million views, easily making the dog a viral sensation on TikTok. It also has two million likes, more than 130K shares, and 14K comments.
One commenter said that Thor’s clip was perfect. Another suggested that Thor’s mom should buy him a pool. Someone even asked if she could send money so that Thor could get his swimming pool.
One TikTok user shared that her Labrador also had the same habit as Thor. Well, that only proves that Labradors love water.
